2008/09 HOCKEY TEAM REGISTRATION                                      March 2008

The Middlesex Yankee Conference Girl's League is planning to offer four divisions, U-10, U-12, U14, and a half-season U19.  We play 25 regular season games with a playdown format at the season's conclusion.  All Championship games are at no charge to our teams and first and second place trophies will be awarded.  The U19 plays 10 pre-season games from early September to the weekend before Thanksgiving.

All players and coaches must be registered with USA and Mass. Hockey to play in this league.  Coaches will be required to be patched to Level 3.

Please download the registration form by clicking here.  A registration fee of $25 per team is required.  Maximum fee is $100 for programs committing more than four teams.  All completed registrations and fees are due by the start up meeting in late August.  This will allow us to get divisions set in a timely manner.
